Nour Abu Ghosh is a Palestinian Arab citizen in Israel. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic Literature at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During her internship at the Mossawa Center, an advocacy center for the rights of Palestinian Arab citizens in Israel, Nour worked on public relations tasks such as supporting the organization’s funding and advocacy processes, by raising awareness about the Knesset budget and its expenditures for organizations and other institutions. She supported the Center's implementation strategies and assessments by assessing the extent of the Center's impact evaluation processes and improving the existing ones. Nour also worked on project planning, supporting the implementation of the strategic process of transferring information from the field to technical and other departments, leading to the establishment of a continuous process of development and learning. Through the internship, Nour shaped a better understanding of international advocacy and how local events impact the international platform, as well as how to use this as a tool for development.
